Session Title: The Future of Food Transparency— Knowing What You Eat

Come glimpse the future of health technology at the intersection of food and medicine— discover how technology can help us understand the food we’re putting into our bodies. Get a behind-the-scenes look at Nima, the 6SensorLabs allergen sensor, as CEO Shireen Yates demonstrates how the company’s technology enables customers to know definitively what’s on their plate, and in their cupboard. Then learn about recent innovations from agriculture tech to smart kitchens, and the startups leading the charge for greater food transparency.

Special Message to Attendees from Host Company: One Building Note:  There are three steps to get into our offices - and no ramp. Transportation Notes Public transportation options are plentiful and easy for 6SensorLabs. BART - 16th Street station is a 10 minute walk 22, 33, and 55 bus lines let you off at Harrison and 16th, a one block walk 27 bus line lets you off at Bryant and 17th, a one block walk . There are additional buses that will bring you within a 10 minute walk: 9, 12, 14, and 49. Driving Please note parking in this neighborhood can be challenging. If you plan to find street parking, please arrive early and prepare to circle. Pay parking lots are a few blocks away: 17th and Shotwell Florida just past SPCA - between 15th and Alameda Biking If you bike, you would be able to chain your bike to our fence, but there are no guarantees as to its safety.
