Session Title: The American Dream in an Urbanized America

Peek into the future of architecture with one of the world’s leading multidisciplinary design firms. Hear from Peter Weingarten and Doug Wittnebel about where the industry is headed, their vision for this diverse city, and opening a new office in Oakland’s Uptown neighborhood. Join them for a tour of Gensler Oakland’s 24,000 sf open office with a 360-degree panoramic view of the East Bay, San Francisco and beyond, where their design team is driving change on the ground to revitalize and reinvigorate their neighborhood through the power of design.

Special Message to Attendees from Host Company: Valet parking is available in our building (2101 Webster Street - Center 21), as well as metered street parking. We recommend taking BART to the 19th Street station downtown. This station exits on Broadway, and is about a 5 minute walk to the Gensler office.
