What happens when a nimble, scrappy startup gets acquired by the man? Will it harm the company’s dynamic, family-like culture?  Blake Pierson, Co-Founder of Lovely and Chief Product Officer of RentPath, will explain why acquisition doesn’t have to mean the end of a great beginning. In this session Blake will talk about selling the company, fostering innovative thinking, maintaining company culture through change, and the sundry challenges of rapidly scaling from 25 employees to more than 50.
