Session Title: Using Technology to Fight Urban Poverty & Where You Fit In

Homelessness is a very present issue in our community but it can be overwhelming to know how you can make a difference. Learn a little more about what homelessness means in San Francisco and where you as the tech community can make a difference from the team leveraging technology and human relationships to alleviate poverty.
